East coast brides in search of the perfect gown and accessories are in luck!  Michelle Rahn will be launching a “pop up” bridal trunk show at Manhattan’s storied Carlyle Hotel August 27-28!!  Brides will have the unique opportunity to view and shop our newest collection , presented personally by the designer in our intimate and luxurious “bridal suite” where Michelle will help brides select their perfect gown and accessories , and even allow brides to make changes to gowns to suit their tastes – from switching up fabrics and embellishments to adjusting silhouette for a perfect fit, and even will custom design a gown completely from scratch! 

And this luxurious event wouldn’t be complete without gorgeous bouquets from Le’Olivier to add just a touch of whimsy and delectable sweets from Lady M Confections.

Fewer things could be more fulfilling than bring recognized by the place where you grew up. That’s why we’re so thrilled to be featured in this month’s Sheridan Road. The magazine covers the most elite and luxurious fashion, faces, and happenings in Chicago and its’ neighboring northern suburbs. Writer/Editor Evangelize Politis did a fantastic job capturing designer, Michelle Gertzman’s journey in the fashion world and we absolutely loved working with photographer Jon Cancelino, who will be shooting our new collection next month.

Our celebrity bride featured in In Style Weddings!

We’re thrilled that our gorgeous bride, Broadway star and opera singer, Sarah Joy Kabanuck was featured in In Style’s Winter edition for her wedding to Il Divo tenor, David Miller. The beauteous bride wore a custom Michelle Rahn gown for Gabriella New York crafted of luxurious duchess silk satin and French silk tulle and one-of-a-kind Michelle Rahn Swarovski encrusted belt (not pictured). In addition to our ready-to-wear collection gowns, Michelle’s custom made gowns (like the one seen here) have become the rage as of late for fashion savvy brides. From fabric to silhouette to beading and embellishments the sky is the limit!

You’ll be able to select from the finest and richest fabrics, laces, and embellishments straight from the couture mills in Italy, France, and Mumbai, work hand in hand with acclaimed designer Michelle Gertzman, and receive a gorgeous personalized sketch of your custom creation.  The new evening couture line officially launches at our trunk show December 16-17.  Please join us at Michelle Rahn’s West Loop atelier to sip champagne, sample delectable sweets from one of Chicago’s most notable pastry chef’s Sarah Levy from Sarah’s Bakery, and indulge in the luxurious Parisian couture dressmaking process.
